In an EOS® company, the Integrator is responsible for owning all things EOS®. Their role is to ensure the system is not just introduced, but consistently followed throughout the organization. They create structure, maintain discipline, and keep the leadership team aligned around execution.
One of the Integrator’s primary responsibilities is ensuring everyone is operating on EOS®. This includes onboarding all new team members so they understand the company’s vision, core values, accountability structure, and how EOS tools are used in daily operations.
Meeting pulse ownership is a major accountability. The Integrator facilitates the Leadership Level 10 (L10) Meeting and ensures every department has the right meeting rhythm in place. This includes deciding when teams need a full L10 versus a huddle, ensuring scorecards are active, and making sure everyone has a measurable number tied to success.
They also oversee Rocks and accountability across leadership. The Integrator ensures quarterly Rocks are meaningful, clearly assigned, and consistently reviewed. They support Leadership Team members and the Visionary by driving execution and ensuring follow-through on priorities.
Quarterly Conversations are another key responsibility. Integrators ensure direct reports receive regular coaching, performance feedback, and alignment conversations around Core Values, accountabilities, and GWC (Get It, Want It, Capacity to Do It). Same Page Meetings and Clarity Breaks are also scheduled and maintained to keep leaders aligned and working strategically.
The Integrator plays a critical role in Quarterly and Annual Planning by preparing, facilitating, and driving productive planning sessions. These meetings help leadership review the Vision/Traction Organizer (VTO), reset priorities, solve major issues, and establish Rocks for the next quarter.
They are also responsible for keeping the VTO updated, accessible, and understood by all. The company vision should never sit in a drawer—it should be visible, discussed, and actively used to guide decisions across the organization.
The State of the Company meeting is another key touchpoint. Each quarter, the Integrator helps organize and execute the all-company communication led by the Visionary and Leadership Team, sharing where the business has been, where it is now, and where it is going.
Finally, the Integrator ensures the Accountability Chart is always accurate and understood, and that company processes are documented, updated, and followed by all. Without this discipline, growth creates confusion instead of traction.
The Integrator is the keeper of EOS® discipline. They ensure vision becomes action, accountability becomes normal, and execution becomes consistent across the business.
